My name is Santiago Goris, and I founded B&P International Trader with a simple conviction: that deep industry knowledge, combined with genuine relationships, is what moves business forward.
I have been part of the meat industry for over 18 years. I started in 2010 on the financial side of multinational companies, where I learned early on that the most complex challenges in this business are rarely about the product itself — they are about trust, timing, and structure.
In 2016, I took on the role of CFO at a leading Argentine beef exporter, overseeing Administration and Finance. In 2022, my responsibilities expanded to include Commercial and Planning, giving me an integrated view of the entire export operation — from the plant floor to the final buyer.
That experience — sitting at the intersection of finance, commercial strategy, and operations — is what I bring to every client relationship at B&P.
What we do
At B&P International Trader, we work across three complementary areas:
Meat and by-product trading — We develop commercial channels for beef, pork, and poultry, and their by-products (offal, bones, bovine gallstones, among others), connecting exporters with international buyers (China, the European Union, third countries, and other destinations). We don’t just facilitate transactions — we build long-term relationships that create real value on both sides.
Financial structuring for exporters — We design and implement financial structures tailored to the specific needs of exporters operating in complex currency environments. We also offer financing options to support the different stages of the export operation. Our goal is to help clients optimize their international cash flows, reduce exposure, and capture opportunities that a more conventional approach would miss.
Strategic link with the Chinese market — I am currently a partner and advisor to a Sino-Argentine company dedicated to the sourcing and export of bovine gallstones to Asian markets. This alliance reflects the level of trust and concrete ties we have built with Chinese operators over the years.
Why B&P
The meat industry runs on relationships. After nearly two decades in this business, I know the people, I understand the markets, and I have navigated the cycles — the good ones and the difficult ones.
I work with a small number of clients at a time, which means every relationship gets my full attention. When you work with B&P, you work with me.
If you are looking for a partner who understands your business from the inside, I would be glad to have a conversation.
